It's a stylish bin. Perfect size for the bathroom. Love that the bin bags are hidden from view around the internal rim. I keep the spare bin bags at the bottom of the bin under the bin bag being used so they're easy to access when the bin needs emptying. Like another reviewer, I'm disappointed by the large brand label on the top of the bin, which isn't in the original photos. I'd prefer it if the bin were just plain white.The only problem with this bin is that the sensor is way too sensitive. If you switch on the bathroom light at nighttime, the bin starts continually opening and closing (accompanied by the whirring mechanism noise, which isn't quiet). Sometimes, even when no-one is in the bathroom, the bin will start repeatedly opening and closing every 5 seconds. I've had to get out of bed to take out the batteries so many times.I thought it might be the fact that the batteries were new and it would calm down after a while, but after 4 weeks of use, that hasn't proved to be the case. I tried to return it today but frustratingly I'm two days outside of Amazon's one-month return period and they won't take it back. I can't recommend this bin, as much as I'd like to, as the sensor is a complete pain.

This little trash can is perfect for our bathroom! I saw some reviews that the lid opens too slowly but ours pops right open. It’s honestly really a great and simple option. Love that it is motion activated and doesn’t require a step to open etc. We can’t think of anything about it we would change, it’s perfect!

I bought this to use in my bathroom both for cleanliness and to make sure my dogs couldn't access the trash. It's small as expected but that hasn't been a big deal. The opening it smaller than I'd like, but after looking at all if my options it seems that is standard with small automatic trash cans. My biggest issue is the sensor isn't very fast and requires getting too close to it for it to open. If I'm at the sink I have to bend down and hold my hand right over it for a couple seconds before it opens. And if you're still using it, it tries to close anyway rather than sensing a hand is still there. It's good enough to keep, but if I had to buy one again I might look at other options.

Garbage can purchased to discard waste from my cats litter box. Perfect size for small amounts of trash or smaller spaces or bathrooms. The batteries don’t last too long but the can does look nice and serves its purpose for me, just be prepared for batteries to die quickly especially if you open and close it often. It’s easy to clean and easy to use and looks nice tho.
