Great solution for low ceilings
I needed a low ceiling solution and this did the trick.Pros:• Super easy to install.• Excellent lighting options• Phone app control• QuietCons:• air is mostly directed downward so don’t expect wide spread cooling (having said that it does move air well at floor level)• plastic fan blades so feels a little cheesy and may not last long (be nice if they made this with something stronger)Update: one year later. I can’t believe how well this fan works and how well it has held up! It’s flipping amazing. Excellent value for quality. I am surprised!

easy install
I waited a month or so to write this so I would have all the facts.I installed this myself. I'm a 50+ woman with a fair amount of DIY experience and maybe just a little above basic electrical know-how. Installation was fairly easy, but a second pair of hands to hold it while connecting wiring would have been helpful.I like the light and how low profile it is. Other than the expected white noise from the fan it is quiet. It moves the air well and keeps us cool at night. Maybe a little too cool by morning, though. These are my observations:-there is a smell for the first few days from the motor. It was pretty strong to start with-no remote mount-there is a significant beeping noise when changing fan settings (annoying if changing during the night and your partner is sleeping or if your dogs hate beeping noises)-the plastic knob that holds the fan blades on was a fake orange "gold" on an all white fan. I spray painted it white and it looks good now, but still, why?-no memory, when you turn off at the light switch and turn back on it turns on the light only regardless of what settings it had been on previously. But that's also kind of convenient if it's dark and you can't find the remote to be able to flip the switch off and on and have light-the light is very bright, but doesn't dim far enough-the lowest fan setting is a little too high in my opinion. I would prefer another lower setting. I don't think I'll ever use the medium and high settings, but maybe if it wasn't in a bedroom I would-there is a glow that emits from the light at night when the light is off at the remote, but the light is receiving power from the switch. I'm sensitive to light and it's not bright enough to bother me. However, after a couple weeks a few of the "bulbs" went gone out and there are black gaps in the ring of light. It doesn't affect anything other than aesthetics, but makes me wonder how reliable the light will be. The gaps are only with the night light effect and not there when the actual light is turned on-there are a LOT of light settings. There are the 3 common options, but then you can adjust the temperature within each of those options. I'm not sure why you'd need that many variations, but they're there-the "guts" inside the housing are a little janky. Everything is just kind of stuffed in freely and the remote sensor pulls out easily. Once it's installed it's not an issue, but just something to mention-the fan's reverse direction button on the remote doesn't work-there are minimal instructions included. Basically picture diagrams that aren't all that accurate. There is no troubleshooting guide or remote instructions or any instructions that will help if you have problems or are unsure about anything. For instance the direction button. I would think logically that the fan needs to be off to change directions, but that does nothing. And if you press it while the fan is on it beeps but that's allIn all I'm fine with it in the bedroom, but if I was to purchase another I'd probably try a different one. One with more (lower) fan speeds and a remote mount specifically.

Love it!
This fan/light is perfect for my bathroom. No one likes to be sweaty as they are getting ready. The fan puts out lots of air and the light is great for putting on makeup.

Remote does not shut it off completely!
The fan is very loud, and I wish I had realized how ugly this is with clear fan blades, but since I paid someone to install it, I figured I'd live with it since it's in my bedroom. But now, I have found that when I turn the light off with the remote, it glows in the dark! What good are on/off buttons if it doesn't turn it all the way off? I needed a light and fan with a remote so I could control it from my bed. This is NOT what is described. Now I have to find a new one AND pay the handyman to take this down and install a new one. How does it have so many good reviews?

Quiet Fan for low ceiling room
I have a 150sqft room with 8ft ceiling. With the traditional fan, the required clearance is at least 12 inches or more. So I have been looking for a low-profile ceiling fan for a long time. This Aysko fan requires only about 7 inch clearance, which is perfect for my 8ft ceiling.Style: Flush mount with LEDs. It is quit trendy.Brightness: The LEDs have 3 temperature settings.Noise: DC motor is super quiet, unlike the traditional noisy AC motor.Installation: If you have the ceiling fan electrical box ready, it will only take about 15-30min to install.Pro: Low-Profile, easy installation, and quiet.Con: Still have not figured out how to control the fan with their app using WIFI

Does the job, but overpriced
This does the job for a small room think 10'x10' or smaller. it wont be any good for anything bigger than that. Light is plenty bright and fan moves just enough air. You of course feel more of the air if you are directly below it, but it circulates the entire room like a ceiling fan should. There are some down sides though. I think for the price a couple bits of simple hardware are missing. It should come with a wall mount for the remote. More importantly it would not kill them to include a pair of wire nuts for the electrical connection. The install was just okay, the instructions want you to drill 4 new holes in the ceiling to mount their simple bracket. In truth you can just mount it to the electrical box like any other ceiling fan. It is obvious that this is made for the international market as it is 220V and includes a setup transformer for the US market. This is okay but the wires you need to connect to your lines are both white. Now for this kind of circuit it does not really matter which wire is which, but it is annoying and could be very frustrating to someone how does not know it does not matter. The transformer itself also makes a noticeable buzzing sound when the light is on. The last negative is that while you can turn it on/off from the wall switch it does not remember your settings for the light temperature and brightness. Lastly the quality of materials is very cheap. For the price of this fan I expected better.
