Amazing customer service, as soon as I can use the other bag I will attach new pictures. You're not paying for the product, but for disposition to help and solve your issues. This time they were more careful with storage and transportation, which is something that has to be highlighted, in comparison to other pet stores. If I had more money, I would definitely buy anything from them. I'm changing my review from 3 stars to 5 because of this.You get a decent amount for the money. If I had a better choice at a lower price I would definitely choose the other option, but Niteangel's customer service really shines above other sellers.UPDATE 21/04/23: Contacted Niteangel and they very kindly offered to send me another package due to the inconvenience. Will be updating the review with the new package, but all in all this just shows the amazing service provided by this company, definitely maintaining its solid reputation, as they recognize the possible flaws encountered during transportation, storage, and management that could have led to this sanitary issue.ORIGINAL REVIEWThe flowers are beautiful and the variety is really nice, however flowers got moldy after 2 weeks of purchase despite never getting wet nor dirty. At first I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, so I waited 2 more weeks and before I realized all the flowers of one of the bags were moldy already! I had to put the other one in the freezer to prevent this from happening again. I tried to clean them with soap, hot water, but as you can see in the picture THEY CAN'T be cleaned as they fall apart and it's a mess to dry them afterward considering the amount the package has. The first picture shows the first bag empty (this is the bag I had to throw away because of the mold) and the second bag, which I have put in the freezer and hope this will avoid mold growth. The second picture shows the flowers immediately after using them, very nice and my hamster did nibble on them. The medical and enriching benefits of flowers in the enclosure cannot be dismissed; nevertheless, I had to throw literally 50% of the product because of mold. I would also like to note both bags came with BUGS, very small, brown bugs, I didn't take a picture of them because as soon as I saw them and emptied the bags to take them out and re-pack the flowers. The bugs were not an issue, but the mold has been since it basically destroys the flowers and can make your pet sick. All in all I like Niteangel as a brand and they are expanding the pet market, which makes me happy, but people should be more impartial, objective, and critic when writing reviews o that this community can keep growing and improving. Would I buy it again? Not really. 200 grams for $19 (plus tax), considering the bags come with bugs and the flowers get moldy after a while, is not a great deal. Can't refund/return since 30 days have already passed and bags have been opened. Hopefully they fix this issue, since I have heard they are attentive with customer service.

We sprinkle this throughout and it looks really nice, with big fragrant dried flowers. Ham seems happy.

If you have money to burn on hamster bedding, buy it. It's great. If you're on a tight budget, don't bother. You get a teeny tiny bag of it, barely enough for my gerbil to dig through. Way cheaper to just buy and cut your own box of wholesale meadow hay which I have because I conveniently also have a guinea pig. Will not be buying again...EDITED: The seller 'Niteangel' issued me a refund and would like me to update my shopping experience.There are a few things I would like to say to delve further into this product that way others can have more insight if they haven't purchased this bedding yet.Yes, this bedding is expensive. In my opinion, the overall size of the bag is too small for the amount of money you spend. My gerbil (and many other gerbils out there) love to dig, therefore I use a lot of bedding in my setup. I would say that this bedding is more of a bedding 'topper' and less of bedding filler. I would pursue a different brand of bedding if you intend on using only this bedding for your gerbils (not sure about hamster setups), unless you're okay with spending a whole lot of money to fill your cage.The quality of the product I received was top notch. The meadow bedding itself is soft with little to no dust inside the bag and it has a very fresh smell. The overall product seems hand picked and very thoughtful. Though there weren't many in the bag, I love seeing the flowers and leaves scattered in my gerbils cage. My gerbil heavily approves of this specific bedding, he enjoys chewing and eating the product. I think the bedding overall added to my gerbils mental health as it added a lot more bedding textures and gave him more enrichment opportunities. My gerbil has not had any negative changes from me using this bedding, he is an older gerbil so I am relatively careful with any changes in his cage. I'd like to mention I have a sensitive immune system and this bedding did not affect my overall health either, no rashes or breathing issues or allergies while using or being near this product.I had no problems with the product being mailed to me, the product was well packaged and I appreciate the high quality 'ziploc' style bag that keeps the bedding fresh for when I need it.So I want to say I had no other problems with this product other than the overall price. I think Niteangel cares about their products and especially their customers' pets. I will be buying other products again from Niteangel as I do like some of their other products. Obviously their customer service is great as well since they contacted me immediately after writing this review and wanted to resolve my issue with the product. They were kind and understanding. For that, I will edit my stars previously from 1 star. I think the seller deserves better as they put effort into their product despite the price it's sold for.Thank you for a safe product for my animal. If I had all the money in the world, I would choose Niteangel's different types of beddings including this one for my gerbil.

We love everything from Niteangel!! Their products are high quality. Our gerbils love this natural bedding.

While my Guinea pigs enjoyed eating this product, it is just a very expensive bag of hay & flowers. There are other less expensive products on the market with similar enough ingredients.

My hamster started smelling and chewing on this product, she tasted it but left the leaves alone and ate some of the flowers. I think she enjoyed exploring the areas where I left this bedding around because she had nothing like it before, and it smells fresh

My hamster only liked 3 of the sprays. I will buy only what he likes now. My dwarf hamster prefers the buck store unsalted nuts, seeds. and not so much on the sprays. Besides I feed him egg white, fruit, veggies and nuts. His favorite nut is walnut, and flax seed, millets, oats.

I love Niteangel brand. These are beautiful dried flower. A bit pricey but worth trying at least once. It really makes the cage look nice! Pop of yellow and red flowers make it lovely
