There's a difference?
You wouldn't think so, but it is sweeter in flavor. Easier to crack up and make pulp as well. Took a little more of a dose to make a stronger tasting straight up cinnamon tea.For cinnamon lovers a must try and could become an addition to your baking arsenal.It did not take me to Shagri La nor Nirvana. Just my living room.Cinnamon is, as cinnamon does.

Makes a delicious tea
I use it for tea, boil 2 cinnamon sticks with a piece of pealed fresh ginger, the flavor and taste is subtle, not too sweet and noticeably different from the other types of cinnamon I have used. Is ceylon cinnamon and has only traces of cummarin, enough for me to like this product. Cummarin is present in substantial degree in other types of cinamons, and cumarin can damage the liver. Ceylon cinnamon is rolled as a cigar this is the main difference in appearance with the other types, but really one have to trust the food vendors that they will do no harm!

They are softer than cassia so they should grind easily in my spice grinder
Fresh and fragrant true cinnamon, packed in a vacuum sealed bag. I opened the bag and took a whiff--lovely! I have not cooked with them yet but I am looking forward to making a batch of garam masala with them. They are softer than cassia so they should grind easily in my spice grinder.

Nice cinnamon sticks
Came in a vacuum sealed. Has a very nice cinnamon. Have used this cinnamon in making teas and can really taste the cinnamon taste. I also like that they are not very long. Most cinnamon sticks I've used before I've had to break in half. Would definitely buy again.

Virtually no flavor or fragrance.
I also found that these cinnamon sticks were devoid of virtually any flavor or aroma. This is my first time trying Ceylon cinnamon, however, and it may simply be that I am accustomed to the cassia flavor. I am going to order additional ceylon sticks from another distributor and compare, as the relatively mild flavor/aroma may simply be a normal feature of Ceylon cinnamon?

Taste very good
I use in my tea, I took tried regular sticks at first, but when the ceylon sticks arrived there was a big difference in taste.

These are nice to use in the kitchen to keep bugs away. I add Cinnamon Bark essential oil on a regular basis. . I also add Cloves and Clove oil so my kitchen always smells nice.

Have no smell or taste...
These sticks dont smell like or taste like cinnamon... or anything for that matter. I would not recommend this product.
