I have tried many different ways to provide a safe way for my large dogs to maneuver the stairs in my home. These stairs treads are perfect! They look great, are easy to install, and most importantly, stay put! They provide just the right amount of cushioning and traction. Love them!

These work very well on my stairs which already have a 'bullnose' of LVP. We weren't sure if they would and so the seller suggested we try just one, and it worked so well I ordered 11 more in 31" length. Note to buyers, for the longer steps near the landing I ordered two of the longer (35") length, but they did not work as well technically nor visually as the 31" length - hard to describe unless you are holding them in your hand and trying to install them, but it has to do with the lack of depth on part of the longer stairs as well as visual appearance from above, looking down the stairwell. The seller was great and swapped out the two longer treads for the 31" treads. All around terrific experience! =)

I love these! I needed to install something to help our older Golden Retriever navigate our hardwood stairs safely. We have a mid-century modern tri-level home, and the stairs are a key part of the architecture. I am happy with how these carpets achieve safety for the dog while the color is not overly distracting from the aesthetic. I considered some very high end wool options ($100s more) before ordering. I’m glad I chose these. I did order an extra for replacement in case of damage or spills, but I really do think I’ll get a long life out of the set. These are a great choice for everyday living, while still allowing removal for when I’m entertaining (or honestly—not bothering to remove because they still look great!).

Very satisfied. I wish they were just a little more narrow because I would have liked a little bit more of a reveal on the backside to show off my newly installed stairs. I recommend taking them out of the package and lay them out upside down for a few days before installing. This allows them to acclimate and settle. The corners want to curl up and this prevents that. It’s better to have them curl down. Otherwise you may have a tripping hazard. I’ve had them on for a few months with no movement.
