The mask is sturdy, substantial and made of hard plastic. The double straps on the back help ensure it stays in place. However the hard plastic presses into your lower cheeks, leaving red marks. My son bought it for his Halloween costume and I’m guessing he’ll wear it for about 5 minutes, tops.

This mask is great if you’re looking for something with a hard material. The straps on the back dont chafe or make my head itchy. All in all a good buy
