After five weeks I lost 3lbs, no treats at all & drinking water

The manufacturers should make it clear thst these only work if in support of a diet - ideally Ketogenic. They mislead the public by giving the impression that you will lose several pounds a week just by taking 2 a day. Not true. I have tried them for four weeks and have lost 7lb and also some "flab". Will try for a further month. I cannot do Ketogenic- it makes me ill- and - although I do eat some fish and meat I cannot consume them in the quantities needed to make keto work.

I.liked the flavour but with regards to losing any weight imagine you would have to take quite a while for any actual weight loss to notice.

Product easy to take but very little weight loss for me with only 10 days to go to complete the course.

Easy to eat as a sweet and they do fill you up. I will probably order more in the new year if on offer.
