This stuff is great, but don't let it touch itself, that piece is now trash. it STICKS!

When I needed to wrap a heavy box, I could not find this tape locally. Luckily it was available here at Amazon. The price was right, quick shipping and the package arrived in perfect condition.

Several of the negative reviewers said this tape was too sticky and too tough. I thought are they nuts? Packing tape is supposed to be sticky and tough. Well no they weren't nuts but I was for not heeding their warning. I have 3 packing tape guns, one is a brand new Duck Tape Gun and none of them will cut this stuff. You have to use a razor blade because if you use scissors the glue will build up on the edges of the blades. We're moving and I was determined to use all 4 rolls but after 1 roll I said *%^*! this stuff and started to throw the other 3 rolls in the trash but then I thought, hey I know someone who is moving soon and I'll give it to them and hopefully it'll aggravate them as much as they've aggravated me for the past 20 years.EDIT: The seller was very responsive and recommended a gun to use with this tape but since I already have 3 other guns I don't think I'm going to get one specific for this tape. My wife loves the stuff but she's only been packing 1 box for every dozen that I do and at that speed the movers will be here and gone a month before everything is boxed up.Initially I only gave 2 stars. One because it is sticky and one because it's really tough like a strapping tape should be. But this is a small company that's trying to do right by their customers and as a small business owner I truly appreciate that.

I could not find this fiber tape anywhere else in SW Florida. I tried Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, two Ace Hardwares, an actual packing store and the packing supplies available at the storage facility we rented. No one had this strong, fiber tape my movers said to use when we packed boxes. This stuff if tough. It’s sticky as all get out and it’s not going to allow stuff in a cardboard box to escape.But WHY doesn’t anyone else carry it? Curious discovery. Glad there was an Amazon provider who had it.

We have tried other tape brands and can honestly say that we will be using this brand from this purchase moving forward. The tape has enough adhesive (sticking power) for our use when boxing up packages. The roll seems to last much longer than the competitor's brand. This is an unsolicited review.

I use this tape for boxes and mitered floating shelves.Works great almost to good, if using for floating shelves make sure you buy good sheet of plywood with a good veneer, and never pull it off fast or with the grain because it will pull up the veneer. I used some heat but that kinda of helped but I ended up taking the edge of tape and made it roll like a tortilla with butter....lol. off in order to get it off completely, bit there will be some stickiness but not alot that you'll have to remove. Don't leave it on for more that the glue up time that's needed.

Bought this because I was shipping heavy boxes and the way they get handled by carriers, they were getting split open. Using this tape, I have had zero problems.
