Works on 2001 Ford 7.3 SuperDuty
This does fit the Fan nut on my 2001 7.3. I use a ratchet strap wrapped around the water pump pulley and hooked to the frame to keep the pulley from moving. attached the wrench with a small breaker bar and smacked it with a small sledge. Popped losses with no problems.

Not 48 mm
Description was for 48 mm wrench was sorely mad wasn't whem arrived and nothing like picture .......however it is made from a very very thick sheet metal robust tough so I made it 48 mm touch grinding very tough wrench ...it ended up with 4 as it is as I said very robust and took 1 min to make 48mm I needed and could with stand any cheater pipe thrown on it

Got my fan nut off
Works great for getting big nuts off. I’m used to a little tool, but this big black tool was easy to fit in my hand, and got my humongous nut off in no time.

All you need is a hammer - Duramax LBZ
Product worked great. Placed on the nut and hit it with a hammer 4-6 times and it popped loose. Leave serpentine belt in place so you don't need to lock the pulley in place. If it were 4" longer it would be idiot proof on my LBZ Duramax, the end of the wrench doesn't clear the oil fill so you need to swing carefully. It did dent a bit, but didn't break.

You will regret NOT buying this.
Bought it for my 02' 7.3L fan clutch. Worked flawlessly. Quality of wrench was excellent, much, much better than the ones you typically will find at your local auto parts store. You would seriously have to abuse this th thing to break it. Paired it with the Gearwrench 3900 universal fan clutch holding tool and removal of fan clutch was practically effortless. It did require 'some' muscle and added leverage with a 1/2" breaker bar, (the provided 1/2" square hole was genius) as the fan clutch has never been removed since it was installed by Ford 17 years and 300k miles ago. For the price it's not worth using the cheap loaner from the auto parts store.

Top Qualty
VERY thick (1/4") and solid. Not a chance of bending. This is for the LARGER 47mm 1 7/8" fan clutch nut, NOT the smaller fan clutch nut. When used in conjunction with a chain type strap wrench, you will have the clutch broken free with a simple jerk.I found it to fit both the 2004 6.0 diesel and 2001 7.3 diesel. 14 1/4" long with a 1/2" drive ratchet opening on the end. All the other fancy 2 in 1 tools ALL had complaints of flimsey and bending.
