these are a no brainer for family picnics and anything outside in summer where there are flies everywhere. Set these up around the food and boom! no flies. Also you can put one around your area and the flies have no idea what to do, they leave your food alone!

If you have a business or just keeping a one off event, this is a great investment to help with flies. It’s really durable even though ones the flaps are up they do not go back down even when it’s off. My only take away is that I wish it was rechargeable instead of battery operated but apart from that it’s perfect.

The best thing about this fan is that it works. No more swatting flies, waving them away from your food after landing on your food. Wonderful for parties indoor and outdoor. My charctery is much more attractive to my guest w/o swarms attacking the food. Also if the fan blade hits you they are gentle fan, and it doesn't hurt at all. Our friends all ordered their set to have on hand.I love the idea of having batteries, because you can put them anywhere and if you run out of charge just put reload the batteries. I've noticed that the rechargeable type don't do as well when they run out of charge since the flys, wasps, bees, and whatever flying things will not wait for you to recharge. They last a good amount of time also. They lasted a couple full days of heavy usage for me before they slowed down too much.This is a great product and I'm going on my second year using them. We used these over the summer for all of our patio meals. They worked really well and provided extra entertainment for the kids. They are lightweight and easy to pick up and move to other areas when needed. I also love how quiet they are.

I bought these fans to use at work while eating lunch and they seem to work well. The only drawback is not being able to collapse them after use. It would be nice that they didn’t take up a considerable amount of space in my locker.

Living in the south the bugs are rampant in summer time but we love to cook outside! I’ve seen fly fans at restaurants before that had outdoor seating and they seemed to work well so I had to look into some for my dad as he is the grill king.These fans work great for what I paid! Especially compared to more pricey ones that friends have bought.. Dang if I can tell the difference! I got the pack of 4, they seem to be a good height, lightweight and have a hook to hang over the counter when we are serving food but don’t have counter space! Highly encourage the cheaper route! Because I won’t cry if they get left outside in the rain or humidity.
