Yes, Amazon sells a reducers/adapter for just about every application. Here's a link to the 5 to 4.5 reducer. I replaced my worn out radon fan, but was able to reuse the existing reducers and worm gear clamps. The AMG Prowler is ducted in 3" and couples to any 3" pipe (thinwall to schedule 40) with our standard 3x3 Fernco coupler.

My basement is about your size and the eagle with a 3 inch pipe works slightly better than the original fan, 2.7 vs 2.8 inches of vacuum, put in by a professional installer. My radon levels are in the 2-3 ppm range, about 15-20 without fan. My soil type is mostly clay, western part of New Jersey. Make sure and install a manometer to measure your pressure. It is the only way to check that your fan is working properly. I've lived in a few houses and seen others with radon systems and they have all been 3 inches diameter.
