Pros: No prewash required, easy to work with, no clouding of water, plants grow well, supports rocks well, grains light and small enough for cherry shrimp to turn over, looks good, dark when wet, doesn't compact, stable even with moderate water current, and is great as an exclusive substrate material. Do not cover with sand as it affects the porosity and nutrient reach. Value for money.Cons: The packaging of this company is of inconsistent quality. When I reordered the product, 3 consecutive deliveries were inadequately packaged, loose grains everywhere.

I simply loved this product, sturdy...and worth the money I invested in it.

On packet it was Printed 2kg , when I checked it was 900gm also the quality of soil is also not good , avoid this if you have shrimps in your aquarium

Don't get confused while buying it..It's really valuable product at affordable price.Just use it as a bottom layer and cover it withRiver Sand or stones.If you don't cover it , it will make water dirty.Check photo to understand it better.
