At Home Rehab Tools
These are height adjustable (3 levels) by twisting the base part of the stand.So for variation you have some options.We are using them for home rehab to regain walking skills and they are some ones used at the therapy gym we go to.They are also light weight so if you knock them or move them you can easily move them to original location and it keeps you on your toes knowing you have to fully clear it.

Just what we wanted
Product has two heights. The elbow rotated to offer you different heights, although I mainly want it for the tallest height. I had an issue with one of the elbows rotating differently than the other hurdles, so it wouldn’t sit straight. I contacted the seller and he promptly sent me a replacement. So far so good!

Great set for agility training.

Use for my son who plays basketball
Use for my 10 year old son who plays basketball to help him with his plyometrics. The material isn’t too hard or flimsy. You can adjust the height level by moving the legs from side to side.

Quality of hurdles
I like the fact that you can change the height of the hurdle with a simple swivel of the legs. The drawback is that the more I used it, the looser the swivel got and caused the hurdle to collapse more frequently. I was highly disappointed at the quality and I don't think I would buy this product again.

Not durable.
One of the hurdles broke when a young girl bumped it on the 1st use. Not durable.
