This server book is amazing. Its not too long, where with other books the top folds and bends when you bend over and it's in your apron pocket. It's smaller and won't fold when you bend over. The zipper pocket is great for keeping my cash. I need to stretch it out some..lol..but I can tell over time the cash will fit just fine. I used the small clear part inside of the book on the left side to hold my swipe card and 86 list. Back pocket behind the server book I keep my schedule. And the pocket on the left side (inside book) to keep guest checks. Even though it doesn't have a pen holder, the fold in the book is deep and holds my pen securely. I have gotten so many compliments on it from coworkers I'm ordering 3 for 3 different girls. And my guests loved seeing the pictures I had in the outside pockets (my wedding pic on front & pic of my cat children on back). It was a great conversation starter lol. Worth every penny of $20 & every server should get this!!! The order pad that came with it fell apart and sucks..I threw it away but the pads provided by my work fit perfectly. 10/10

I've purchased two different server books off of amazon and this one is 100 times better than the previous one I bought. The thing I like most about it is the pockets aren't super tight so you can actually fit a good amount of receipts and money in it. I'll work a double and have probably 30 tables throughout my shift and even with all of the receipts and my bank it still fits fine. Even with how much room there is it still fits perfectly in my apron. My previous book, which is one of the higher rated ones on amazon, was way too tight and even after using it the pickets didn't stretch out enough to actually do anything with them.

I've been using this book over 6 months now and I'm still in love! Pockets for everything, clear sleeves are perfect for specials or 86 list, I dressed mine up with some personal pictures, now I know my book is my book! Lol soft "leather" is q great hold while taking orders. Can fold the book all the way back if preferred like me, pen and sharpie fit perfect into the fold of it, my only thing is that where I keep my book in the center pocket, over time of how I take it out and put it in I ended up with a small split in the clear sleeve on the front....patched it up with clear packing tape and it did the trick love love love this book, ordering a couple more as backups

After losing $150 the other night stuffing cash into the pockets of my halloween costume, I decided to step up my game and invest in a real server book. love the zipper pocket. Other pockets aren't too tight to get stuff in/out of. Dig the clear outside sleeves too. I'll keep my pocket rocket of daily specials on one side and a personalized coversation-starter something or other on the other side. My only complaint is that i like to use a 5x7 pad that won't fit the slit. Let’s start off by saying the notebook they include is garbage. No big deal tho, my job supplies them. I have served at many places and wish I’d have gotten this way sooner!! The photo slots on the outside are a nice touch and an easy way to connect with your tables. The zipper pocket is extremely helpful. I toss my change in it and don’t ever have to worry about change spilling everywhere. I also appreciate the inner clear pocket—each night I write any specials or any 86s on a notecard and slip it there. Overall, best one I’ve come across!!

For $20 I expected better quality as far as how the book felt overall. It seems cheap to me especially since I put my server notepad in and the edges of the notepad slit are already loosening/tearing. The selling point for me was the clear pockets on the front and back which I actually planned to put allergy cheat sheets in. I love the idea of that. Pockets are plenty and the zip compartment is fine. I usually carry my server bank in a small coin purse in my back pocket so I would’ve just used it for any slips that need to be more secured. I’d give 4 stars if the price was $15 or less. Not a bad server book, it will do the job.

Upon writing, book is brand new. Going into its first use today!Very happy with what I received. I'm a bartender in the town I live in and we serve as well, and my coworkers have have aprons and these server books so I caved and bought one to see how much it will help me!I split tips with coworkers so as for putting my tips into it.. probably wont happen as much so that frees up some pockets for me. The pockets have a nice amount of give, not to stiff not to loose. The notebook that comes with this is a joke, dont rely on that lol. It had already fell apart by the time I got it out of the package. (I wasnt planning on using it anyways, bought some seen in photo). There is not a pen holder in this but it really doesnt hinder anything just clipping it on the side, or maybe even just tossing it in there and closing it. The pockets on the front and back are awesome, one side I have a beer tap list and the back I plan on putting a picture of my doggo.

This book is larger than I expected but it is good quality. The paper book provided fell apart fast but was able to clip it into the book to hold the papers to the leather material.
