If I have a double hammock but don't use it for two people should I get the single or double version?

Question for Hennessy campers. Do you still use the side stakes for the hammock with this underquilt? Or no.

I’m 5’5” and 158 lbs. i wanna sleep asym. is this double under quilt good for that or will it be way too big?

Is anyone using this for longer backpacking trecks? Looking to use with Hennessy explorer, but 44 oz seems pretty heavy for a underquilt.
