Kia Optima K5 Trunk Emblem — Tail Gate Emblem Badge Genuine OEM Part by Mobis

This badge completes the total package when "re or de-branding" a Kia Optima. It looks great, was easy to install, and personally I think is necessary when replacing the rest of the vehicles badges with the much more attractive "K" badges as it helps demystify the new look. Unfortunately many mistake the "K" badges for an attempt to re-brand a Kia as a Lexus. This helps steer clear of that issue.TIP, Do not remove the K5 badge from its foam like surround when you get it. This acts as a alignment template and makes an even/accurate install a snap. Just place the total badge on the existing "OPTIMA" badge and center to taste. To make final install just remove backing material and "stick it to it". The surround material can then be removed and the result is perfect alignment.(Many remove the "OPTIMA" badge all together however I think this just adds to the mistaken idea that we are trying to make a Kia a Lexus. Up to personal taste)

Applied this just below my Optima badge on trunk. Took a little doing to get it centered and even. Just a little addition that may make people wonder. I have an '18 SX-L. Great car, BTW....
