These gaskets are an exact replacement for my nearly 40 year old gas can. I was just about to scrap this otherwise perfectly good gas can. The manufacturer appears to be “Blitz”. Note the makings as shown in the pictures that are stamped onto the can. They are identical in size and thickness to the original gaskets that are now severely dried and cracked. They fit perfectly, do not fall off, and they do not leak. This product is perfect!The vendor (manufacturer?), Gas Spouts Plus, LLC, is located in Kamuela HI. I am located in the mountains of Central Pennsylvania. In spite of the distance involved, the product was shipped promptly and delivered quickly, ahead of the estimated delivery time via USPS. I suspect that Gas Spouts Plus, LLC is a small privately owned company. This is a perfect example of how consumers can support small business that use Amazon for promotion and distribution of their products. There is nearly zero chance that I would have been able to find Gas Spouts Plus or their product without Amazon. So, using Amazon is not just supporting big business, it is also a way for small businesses to reach a MUCH larger audience.Well done Gas Spouts Plus, LLC!

Fast service excellent product

Thanks. In the desert, these gaskets dry out and crack over time. It is nice to know that I can get a good replacement from you.

It fits snug on the can. Seals great. I have three cans that I have diesel in. The only one that leaks is the one that I didn’t replace with this seal. It is firm rubber as expected for this type of seal, it is not soft like an o-ring or similar seals. The packaging is very practical, it is not vacuum sealed like something off the shelf at Target. Seems like these seals may come from a military type depot. The white film that these seals have is a property that some rubbers have, which is that they secrete this film as a protective film against the elements, dry rotting, aging, etc.
