Foot Pad, 50 Foot Pads and 50 Adhesive Sheets for Health

I received these and have used them every night. I can honestly say that I wake up and the pads literally look disgusting... which is the whole point. I no longer wake up with headaches and circulation in my body has improved. Yes, you do have to scrub off the adhesive on your feet in the morning, but you're bathing anyways....so for me it's totally worth it.

Update. I received the product. Came 10 days after the scheduled date. So far, it works great. I use them at night before bedtime, and replace the old ones with 2 news ones for my daily activities. I plan on ordering more for family and friends.

Do not be fooled like me. The "black goo" that people are confusing for toxins is nothing more than a grey powdery chemical that reacts with moisture. You can poor water on these and you will get the same black goo. It's a very smart idea, but the detoxification process lies within the liver. Your skin cannot secrete metals and toxins, it's basic science. This company simply capitalized on the fact that your feet have the "biggest pours on your body."

The adhesive does not come off in one piece. It is really a pain to get the little torn parts off your foot

I know the pads are for detox but when i use them i sleep better

A little worried that there are no directions or box. The product just came in a clear zip lock bag. I should've known better.
