This is a really cool cat house. Love the weatherproof roof and the color.However, the entrances are small. With the plastic I the door, they were afraid to enter. I keep the side open so that the cats know it's safe to enter and now they use it. They prefer the top floor.

Easy to set up, even with a screwdriver instead of a drill, and it’s a good size for any cat. I also like that you can choose to have the two floors separate or connected. Since I’m using it for some feral kitties, it’s always important to have at least two doors, which made this design the winner for me.It did have a harsh, chemically smell when I opened the box, but it was gone by the time I finished setting it up. I had to wear gloves to keep it from getting onto my skin though, since it was so strong. I imagine it was something to help it last longer in the elements.Overall I am very happy with this little house!

This cat condo is so cute! It’s super easy to put together. The directions are easy to follow and all the pieces are clearly labeled. It only took between 30 to 45 minutes to assemble. I’m so happy to have a shelter for my outdoor backyard cats.

This is a nice, cozy little house for your outdoor fur babies.

Was very easy to put together. Smaller than I thought but sufficient for my needs. I wanted it to place cat food in so the feral cats food would not get wet when it rained. We just got the house together and within less than a week we got 2.5 inches of rain at one time and I left the larger doors open so that the cats would not be afraid and the food did not get wet. So-success. So glad that I chose this product

This is went together pretty easily. But the material used is for building models. I’ve seen bird houses built stronger. They offered me 5% to keep it then 20%. That’s not even worth keeping. I’m still waiting for the return label. It’s been almost a week. Amazon says I’m entitled to a full refund. And they charge you $30 for shipping it so the cost of the item is not what they list that bang you on shipping.

This item smells so intensely like chemicals and/or pine that I am concerned about health and safety for both my home/family and my pets. In order to return, the seller wants me to be responsible for the cost to ship back this very large box that would cost the same amount as my refund.I have written the following to them and hope for an amicable response:This odor issue is not my fault and I do not feel I should be responsible for the cost to ship this back to you. I am requesting that the seller cover the shipping cost for the return.I really appreciate your support in this matter.Thank youI spent so much time picking out a good option for my rabbits and feel so disappointed that I have wasted my whole budget on something I cannot even use. :(
