This is an okay bluetooth speaker. If you want to keep it plugged in, say, in a bathroom/kitchen, so you can play your tunes etc. in there while you do your thing, it is serviceable. I've found that the battery life is not what I'm looking for. I want a speaker I can take to work (painting houses) and was disappointed when the battery quit after a few hours, and after charging all night! I took a chance on this one because the price was attractive to me. I knew I had a fall back plan if it didn't meet expectations (my son uses it now in the bathroom, plugged in all the time pretty much), I knew I could get another better one and not have to hassle with returns or be out 40 dollars if I was disappointed, so I'm shopping for a new one that will undoubtably cost more, but I know from word of mouth that the more expensive model I'm buying has that battery life I need and better sound when turned up to full volume (what I want when painting outdoors!). The sound quality on this one is okay, but gets a little distorted when turned up full. Look, if $40 is your budget for a bluetooth speaker, this one's okay, but don't expect it to perform like the top end products out there. You kinduv get what you pay for here.

I've been using this speaker for about 10 days and I like it very much. It's louder than my Magicbox 2, which is a 10 watt speaker and is pretty loud. I usually don't use this at maximum volume. I don't need to. The sound is awesome and doesn't distort. No vibration either. I tried a 20 watt speaker which would distort and move around when I turned up the volume. This is 16 watts and seems perfect. I use it inside. I do like the bass boost button but I don't need it most of the time. I'm not a big bass fan. Also, if I turn off my phone without turning off the speaker.....the speaker will beep and turn itself off in a few minutes. I really can't comment on battery life. I recharge mine after a few hours of use. The online description of this product seems to be right on. I am very pleased with this speaker. Very good price. One year warranty.

I bought this to pair with my Apple TV so I could listen to audio on my desk and turn down the speakers on my TV by having the audio source close to me when it is late at night. I live in an apartment with thin walls so I try not to make loud sounds otherwise my neighbors turn up their music. This speaker plays a very loud noise with bass every time I turn it on and off which sets off my neighbors. I don't know why there has to be such a loud audio sound with so much bass for turning a speaker on and off. The on/off audio tone is always the same volume no matter how low I have the volume turned down before trying to turn off the speaker. I bought the JBL charge on a refurb sale which plays a much quieter sound when turning on and off.

This speaker played flawlessly for the first 3 days, then when I powered on the speaker after my initial usage the speaker had a lot of distortion. The distortion occurs when playing the power on/off tune and music. Sounds like the speaker is blown and unusable now. I played this device on mid to mid high volume with no equalizer. After being in contact with Hussar, they accommodated me well, by sending a replacement unit to me. Their follow up regarding this issue was very prompt. Thank you for resolving this. The replacement unit works flawlessly and sounds great.

I purchased this for the upstairs bathroom. This lets me listen to music from my phone while getting ready. I already have aOontZ Angle 3 Plus Edition for the downstairs, so I was looking for something inexpensive and small. I like how this plays a tone when it turns off, and on. It paired quickly and easily with my phone. The sound is OK. The OontZ Angle 3 Plus Edition blows this away with the sound quality. If you turn it up too loud it quickly distorts. You have to play with the phone's volume and the device's volume to ensure neither is set at too high of a level or you will begin to get distortion in the music. It's loud enough and seems sealed well against the high humidity of a bathroom. All, in all, it's not a bad speaker, just better ones out there for the same money.

-1 week review- Good product for a small room. The speaker tends to wave in and out if you play a song with high bass on or near max. The build feels solid, I good comparable bring would be aker. The battery life seams to be quite short but I do usually play near max. I beleive this product isnt for me but the price point and quality is pretty good. If i could change anything on this product, it could be the charging port to a usb-c

Very happy with this purchase. I had Bose Soundlink Mini, but I took it to the Palms Casino and Resort in Las Vegas. It fell out of my suitcase in my room and I did not notice it was gone until I got home. I called the Palms to try to have it sent to me but they said they never found it in my room. I was pissed since the Bose speaker cost $179. I decided to go with the Hussar since I did not want to pay the $ for the Bose Soundlink again. To be honest, the Hussar MBOX sounds about as good at the Soundlink. Maybe a side by side comparison would produce a noticeable difference, but on its own, the MBOX is just as good, for a lot less money. Definitely would buy again!

I took mine outside in the rain and it broke even though it litterly says rainproof on Amazon also my headphone jack never properly worked I always had to jiggle the cable and it recent stopped working unless I was pressing it to a certain side of the port. This thing also is not dust proof look up the IP system IPx5 means not dust proof can handle being sprayed by water jets (not powerful water jets something like a shower head) for at least 1min per square meter from any side which mine obviously was not up to that standard and I really hope I can get a replacement because mine no longer is functional but if it hadn't broke from water damage the speaker was alright it's not that big and the bass was not lacking for a small portable speaker like this but I do wish it was IP58 at least so it wouldn't have broken and ip47 and under just are not good enough because if stuff wants to get in it's going to get in wether or not the thing says it's water resistant it wouldn't of even been that hard to make it at least IP58 probably just some adhesive around the speakers with a tight seal
