Rugs are really hard to buy online so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. This one is absolutely beautiful. It's really soft; both to the touch as well as visually. Still has a few wrinkles in it from being packaging but I'm not worried about them; they've straightened out quite a bit just in the few hours I've had it and will continue to do so. This, quite honestly, is my favorite rug I've ever purchased though it was also the one In was most hesitant about whether or not I would end up liking. Goes to show that there's a lot that gets lost in translation between the way a product may appear online and what it's actually like when you receive it. There are some items that even the best pictures fail to really do justice and this is definitely one of them.

I was looking for a large area rug that has grey and beige tones to go with the wall color and decor in my living room. Glad I came across this rug and am very pleased with the way it looks. After you roll it out, you will want to use heavy books or objects to get the edges flat. After a few days, the rug will lie flat.

Got the 9x12 came packaged well. No weird smells. Beautiful rug, colors as pictured!Thin but soft. Def worth it for the price!Would recommend.

I bought it in 9x12 for my living room and I liked it so much that I got an 8x10 for my bedroom. Muted color, soft and laid flat in a couple days.

I ordered this rug in 8x10 and I love it however when I opened it I noticed it was smaller than my rug pad for my previous 8x10 rug. It measures 7’4”x 9’10”. They only offer return… no exchange/replacement. Returning a rug is not the easiest and now I have to wait until they receive it to get a refund and then can order again…so like 2 more weeks on top of the week it took to get. Very disappointing.

Love this rug. Perfect size excellent color and quality. Unrolled it and had no issues laying flat.

While this rug is very soft, it is very light. There is almost no color to it leaving it to appear nearly white. I was disappointed because I hoped the colors would show just a bit to blend in with our living room colors but it really just looks white.
