Really wanted to give these 1 star because producing something whose weight is composed of half fat and sugar should not result in something this delicious.These are thin sliced banana chips made with the saba banana, which are the small bananas found across Southeast Asia. The Original flavor tastes nearly identical to a conventional banana chip, but somewhat improved in all aspects. They are blanched, sliced thin length-wise, fried in coconut oil, then seasoned with sugar syrup.Very difficult to stop eating.

These are so crispy and thin. I put them on my Raisin Bran cereal it's the best combination you've ever tasted.

I love these banana chips! Crunchy, thin, sweet, delicate, amazing. I first found them in a random store near me and could not find them again- despite having dreams about them. I was so excited to see I could get them through Amazon. Unfortunately, they were sent in a shipping bag (vs box) so by the time they arrived, they were all broken to smithereens. I understand buying snacks like these to be shipped come with risks of breakage, I just wish better care and thought was taken in the shipping process.
