One main copper pipe was missing in the box.

The media could not be loaded. Overall good experience and very good, chills room with in 5mins.It's very very usefull for heavy duty purpose thank you BLUESTAR.but installation is too worst bluestar will assign third party persons to install but they don't know how carefully we have to install this

Wire Missing in the box
Interconnecting cable among Outdoor and Indoor unit for electric connection was missing, which is a must item, which should be given by the Brand.

Average AC, average feature, not so great, Convertible 4-in-1 Cooling Mode is useless. Worst AC App to connect the AC through Wifi.
