More Birds Jug Hummingbird Feeder, Glass Hummingbird Feeders for Outdoors, 5 Feeding Stations, 23 Ounces

The media could not be loaded.  here from another buyer claiming the glass is coated. All my broken pieces are red all the way through the thickness of the glass. The box did say 'New Item' so maybe the glass now is red glass, it's just cheap red glass, but not film or coated that I can see. You can see from the video it's pretty looking. I hung it in a different location and off a tree this go 'round and I hear these need to be hung in the shade. I have got to figure out how to keep yellow jackets/wasps away from it. Anybody have a plan on how to do that? I'm also going to look around for a replacement bottle...dear mum has some old Clorox bottles and other vintage bottles. Maybe I can find a bottle that matches & then i'll clean it up good...the threads are a bit different tho'. Either way I have some replacement parts. :)I use Katy clear nectar I bought here. 1-64 oz jug is not bad. You buy more than that. WOW, pricey! Or you can make your own sugar water & save. This is what I might have to do so yellow jackets don't control it and scare away the Humming Birds. If anyone knows a trick to keep the wasps away please leave a comment. Thank you.This displays nice, filling & burping it is a breeze. Seals nice. You just turn your jug right side up and screw off the feeder & fill. Nothing to it. Then to burp it you slightly tilt it and let some nectar or sugar water out and tip it back upright and you'll see the burp bubble.I have heard my mom & mil that is important to burp feeders. Easy to clean. (Only had mine a week, so will update on the cleaning later)Great deal. I see this as an 'Amazon Choice' item soon.

So far so good. I haven’t had it for long but it does seem pretty sturdy top to bottom. Nice vintage look and the birds seem to love this second feeder I had to add to my porch due to high demand. Hummingbirds, I am learning, have voracious appetites. Good thing, as this feeder holds a ton of liquid. Check the measurements as this one is pretty big and somewhat heavy so it may or may not hang well from your intended location. Easy to add nectar, easy to clean, not messy a All to use, and does its job very well for at this price and then some. Good deal at the current price.

This is a gorgeous, well made feeder. I purchased this before going out of town with the intent on hanging a second feeder. The original delivery was a Friday, which changed to Tuesday and then to Sunday, which was super early delivery and appreciated. When I got home I found my original feeder shattered on the ground so I hung this as my sole feeder. The birds took to it within a day. I have yet to see them perch on it and drink though. Hopefully they will figure it out soon enough that they have a resting place. The red looks great and I love that it has a wide opening so I don't spill the sugar water when pouring it. The hanger is large so I can attach it to the hanging hook without spilling any nectar. I would recommend this and would order again.

Love the look and the birds love it too. Easy to clean if you have a bottle brush. Only downside is that the red on the bottle is now coming off. I have been using for a about a year and now with every wash more red coloring flakes off.

I have had this feeder for a couple weeks now and I have to say that it is pretty fantastic. The red glass bottle sets it apart from the cheap looking plastic feeders and is beautiful when the sun hits it. This feeder is more sturdy than others that I have seen but it is also heavier so keep that in mind when hanging. So far mine just sits on the rail of my deck and the base is broad enough to support it despite the weight of the bottle. We have 3-4 hummingbirds in the area as far as I can tell so we have frequent visitors. I found if you have some sort of perch to rest on, they stay longer and go back and forth to the feeder. Love this purchase, I hope you will too.

I purchased the red jug style hummingbird feeder. To my entertainment and delight, my little Hummingbirds are absolutely enjoying it. They are able to land on the perch and have a sit down meal. The perches are close enough for them to reach the ”flower” to take a sip. I had bought one previously that was designed with the perch too far from the feeding port so the hummingbirds birds were not able to have a sit down meal.They also love to stare at the “deep red color” in between sips. It seems like the color is almost hypnotic to them. I have so many visiting and taking up residence in my yard, that I purchased more. They arrive for breakfast at the first hint of daylight and continue to the last bit of daylight. I am able to get a good look at them while they sit and sip and stare at the color.I have been using the clear electronectar concentrate but it seems to be getting harder to find. The old fashioned sugar water still works for them though.I am so glad I found this particular style and color. It’s easy to clean and refill and hang. I like that it is made of glass and is also made in the USA. I highly recommend it.
