I suffer from bad breath, I think for many people though, the cause varies. I brush and floss regularly. My dental hygienist always praises my clean mouth. I've never had a cavity. I found this stuff and it changed my life. My bad breath is banished and it gives me a nice pink tongue which I feel like is a hallmark of a clean mouth. I brush my teeth with toothpaste and floss, then tongue scrap, then brush my tongue with this and the tung brush, tongue scrap again, and brush again with the tung if my tongue isn't pink enough. I also use on the roof of my mouth and along my gums. One dental hygienist said I have a base mouth (acidic vs base) and she said if you have a base mouth you can have plaque issues (which I do) and plaque is sticky. So I think maybe that's the cause but this cuts the sticky plaque like no one's business. I can't recommend enough.

It tastes good and it works.

A great clean feeling. It removes any feeling of morning breath and so much gunk is removed. The minty tastes on the tongue makes it easy to feel confident to talk to people.

I've been on the internet for more than a decade, and have been online shopping since. I can count on my left hand the times I've left a good product review..I've had really bad morning breath ever since my teen years a few years ago. I've tried everything from expensive 10 dollar mouthwashes, cutting back on certain foods, weird toothpastes, hydrogen peroxide. Nothing would ever tame my breath - it's like the final boss of all breaths, seriously. Up until I decided to try this product. I ran across it while looking for the gel for orabrush - found out they were discontinued. So I gave this a try after seeing the stars/review ratio. I was NOT disappointed. I used this after brushing my tongue with my toothpaste - and it completely wiped out my morning breath/taste. I had the taste of nothing-ness for once, and my breath smelled like mint - straight mint only. That shit shook me. I've never had experienced this before. Before, I'd always have an odd taste on my mouth and my breath would smell odd after brushing. Not bad, not good. It would get progressively worse as the day would go on for some reason. No amount of water/food would help it. After using this, my breath would be completely fine up until night, which is normal. Even then, it wasn't bad at all.So I recommend this product 100%. I say, give it a try. It works with orabrush, you don't need to buy their brush. You can also use a toothbrush with this product, but It's not optimal. I'm surprised it's >10$, as I would pay up to $15 for this. It's so ridiculously good.Also in case you were wondering about the taste of it, it tastes like a kid's toothpaste. It's so odd, but I don't hate it. It's kinda cute actually.Update 8/11/21 : Still ordering it a year + later. I think they changed the formula? I’ve been using this product since 2019. And up until around last February i’ve noticed a very bittersweet, sour taste to it. Instead of the kid’s toothpaste taste/smell. I make sure to rinse afterwards because i don’t like the new aftertaste & how it makes my breath smell. I still cannot go without using it though! My mouth doesn’t feel “clean” without it.

This is the second time I’ve purchased the Tung Paste. First ordered Tung brush and paste combo. They are truly wonderful. Will never use metal tongue scrapers again. Ever. Here’s the problem…the plastic containing the tongue paste is so tough it could probably survive reentry from space. Why??????It’s maddening, and I had to cut first tube open with great risk to cutting myself. Scissors won’t do. Sharp box cutter is what it took. Makers of Tung paste, I’m begging you to find another type tube. This will be my last order otherwise. Sad, cause the product is terrific…the paste container must be made from recycled scrap metal.
