Product is easy to use, and easy to not lose. The size of a large cell phone, with a belt-clip holster, and the fact that it's white makes it easy to keep track of. Vibes with it's own pouch, which is nice.Touch screen is fairly easy to use. It automatically stops if a lead detaches, to prevent the shock from being too strong, which is probably a good thing.My biggest wish for this unit is that the screen wouldn't lock so quickly. If you go a few seconds without messing with the input, the screen goes dark, and you need to unlock it to change any settings. This is likely to prevent you from accidentally changing the settings, and also to preserve battery life. But, it would be nice if you could prevent it from happening so quickly, or maybe at all.

The media could not be loaded.  It had recent modes and settings. It did have decent reusable pads. I kept it in the box when storing. The charging port broke out of place while inserting the power cord, and now it is no longer able to be charged,

It’s not the sturdiest or best quality I dropped it and now it doesn’t charge. The pads were very cheap and I could only get 2 maybe 3 uses out of them I had it but other pads which wasn’t a big deal but a free dropping it the charging input is out of place and it’s useless now. It’s good for occasional use but if your going to be wearing it throughout the day just makes sure it’s secured on you because it will not withstand impact very well. The battery did last a while and it was very east to use and hide in ur clothing which I liked.

I have tried different units to relieve my scoliosis pain.Hands down, this is the best one so far.The variety of massages is wonderfulIt is a true dual channel unit... you can have two different leads each using a different massageThe touch screen is a little hinky though...i usually keep the unit in my pocket, and inserting removing unit from c5pocket can disable the lock screen, and then the mode can accidentally change, maybe a seperate hard button to lock the screen?

What's not to like. It's compact, has numerous modes to try. The sticky pads work well. I've used it over a dozen times and the battery indicator is still fully charged. It's fun to try the different modes just to find the one you like and the MOST important thing is it WORKS to ease my pain from knotted muscles and the pain from a pinched cervical nerve. I am soooooo happy I bought this.
