Not only does this look great, but it is the perfect size. Feels solid and comfortable to use.

We have a two step stair coming in from the garage. I had a grab bar installed, but this is way better. When stepping out this is right there. Something the grab bar didn't do. Really glad I found this.

Screw receptacle don't hold driver well.I used long deck screws as their were too difficult. Worked great for the 6 holes.It looks good & works great for 2 stairs.

I needed a hand rail for the 3 steps from my garage into the house for safe assisted exit/entrance. When I first installed these the rail was pretty wobbly. I went to the hardware store and got longer screws, now the rail feels very stable & secure. The rail looks nice, is the right length and accomplishes the safety I need.

Extra parts were supplied. The 14x1/34 screws are a little insufficient for anchoring into woods. There were a few discrepancies in the installation instructions. We are quite happy with the product.

I recently became I'll and basically homebound. The one thing I missed was being able to go outside and sit on my back porch. I could not keep my balance going down the three stairs. A friend suggested I try to find a handicap railing. I looked on Amazon and found this hand rail. When it came my son came over and easily installed it in five minutes. It works wonderfully! I am quite heavy and it is very sturdy when I lean on it to go up or down the stairs. My oxygen tubing reaches to my chair outside. I can't tell you how nice it is to sit there in the mornings and have my coffee with the birds chirping away. This will definitely help my recovery.I highly recommend this product!

As long as you grasp and pull directly in line with their installation, they are very handy and can take a decent amount to weight.The problem comes if you pull or push sideways. This type of lateral push or pull will eventually lead to total failure. Either pulling the inadequate plastic anchors out of the drywall (if you trust them to hold, which I don’t, from past practice with the very same type), or bending the baseplates so they no longer sticking out 90 degrees from the wall.Since these are only needed for the Holidays for an elderly relative, we aren’t too concerned. If your are looking for long term use, and the people depending upon them are over 25 or 30 pounds, make sure everyone knows they need to pull or lean directly backwards or forwards from the wall, on the rails. Ours are secured just about as well as can be done. We’ve told kids to stay off since we need them to stay in good shape for GG (Great Grandmother).
