Dog House for Outdoor Indoor, Large Waterproof Outsides Insulated Heated Dog Kennel for Small Medium Large Dog with Raised Feet

I bought the medium size for my small German Shepherd, 56 lbs. She sleeps inside of it and on top of it. It sets under our patio so not sure about how weatherproof it is. But it is definitely warm enough for her. It gets down to freezing so just in case I have a large rug I put over it on those nights. I keep a thick dog bed on top of it and that helps with warmth as well. It also makes it soft when she lays on top of it. I chose this one because of the insulation and I feel it does a good job. Much warmer than dog houses I have had in the past.

I was so excited to receive this dog house. I intended on donating this to a shelter for feral cats. It was a great size, insulated and a great price. EXCEPT…the house arrived damaged. The worst part was that the sides are secured to the back panel with dowels and 2 of the dowels were broken OFF so I could only secure it with screws and the next issue was that every piece of wood came split. So as a customer I’m assuming I’ll be the one inconvenienced by having to take the entire house apart, box it up, find someone with a vehicle big enough to fit it and take this EXTREMELY HEAVY box to a shipping facility to return with no inconvenience to the company of the damaged product. Not fair at all!!

Works great, looks good, but apparently very tasty. My pit mix has eaten parts.

Super cheap! Wood thin! Not heated like they claim. Not willing to give a refund. Dog house plastic not chew proof as they claim. Doghouse lasted one day and there was styrofoam everywhere and 1/8th thick cheap wood everywhere. Find something else and deal with another company. Unless you like throwing away money. Plus, they’ll try everything not to refund you as well.

The top and inside already have a dent /puncture and hasn’t even been used by dog or tortoise
