The right filter, but seems unnecessarily expensive
I'm not sure if these things are filled with precious gemstones or Elkay just squeezes every possible penny out of the buyer on these. They're water filters. Why so expensive?I've got colleagues so put off by the pricing that they've modified their dispensers to take less expensive filters. Not sure I'm ready to go that route yet, but come on Elkay.We've got enough on the shelf right now (a small fortune!) to cover one more filter change in these units so there is time to put together some alternatives. Another brand filter? Modification to the cooler? Bypass the filter? Replace the cooler with another unit? All of the above are on the table. Maybe Elkay will get on board and drop the pricing on these ridiculous things.

Honey, I shrunk the filters!
This was our 4th order and filters arrived 24cm long instead of usual 30cm length - same label, same code, even same carton size - just 20% smaller - we sent them back and will not order again unless Amazon can supply correct original sized filters.
