Birthday Party Decorations Including Banners Latex Balloons for Birthday Party Decorations

It's well packaged and in very good condition. I can't wait until my son's 4th birthday.

My sons obsessed with puppy dog pals and he loved this decor.

Literally everything in this package was amazing! Balloons were easy to inflate with helium and weren’t easy to pop. The banner was easy to set up and looked adorable. My only issue was that the cup cake toppers were poorly printed and the pictures were blurry.

There are no foil/aluminum balloons and there are only 6 of each balloon. Today is my son's birthday so I have to use these regardless, but I am very disappointed.

I liked everything mostly but I was missing 3 balloons. Supposed to get 7 of each latex balloon and only got 6 of each. Also it didn't explain I would have to make time to manually put the banner together. Should have stated that. Most banners are pre-assembled. For what I spent didn't feel extra work should have been required that I wasn't expecting.

I specifically ordered these decorations for the balloons and banner. With 1/3 of the order missing I’m disappointed to say the least.
