Rachmaninoff and His World (The Bard Music Festival)

The actual author of the book has also done an amazing job but first gotta finish the essay by Leon on how the piano Has been used in the 19th and 20th Centre use. I don’t agree with all the opinions on music but he definitely is not provoking and kind of a philosopher of the reception of music as well as the making of it!

I have just about every book there is in English about Rachmaninoff. However this book has been a fascinating discovery because of the outstanding scholarship. Grateful thanks to editor Philip Ross Bullock and his talented co-writers.
