I bought these for my son's 3rd birthday. He was excited to get them. He loves anything PJ Masks, and likes having big boy underwear instead of training pants. I ordered two packs and they look like the picture. He says they are comfortable and easy for him to pull down and put back on. They seem to be good quality. They fit well. I don't know his weight right now, but he just began wearing 3T size shirts and pants, and he wears 3T-4T pull ups at night. He is probably around 35lbs. I got this underwear in 4T and they fit perfectly.
