Easy on my stomach, happy on my tongue
This is my go to microwave meal after I get out of second shift work. I usually add nutritional yeast to it for extra flavor and sauce thickness, but that's just me. Tastes good as is, quality ingredients, worth the price. Perfect size portion for me, and I pair with apple slices.

Yummy, but Expensive
This is my current favorite of all of Amy's frozen meals. It only gets four stars instead of five for two reasons:1. It is seriously overpriced, WAY too expensive, even on sale, for a little bowl of pasta & greens, which couldn't have cost the company more than $1.50 to make;2. I prefer to eat 100% organic, so I don't eat Amy's often, as only a few of their ingredients are organic. Their cheese never is. I wish they knew their market better. There are no 100% organic AND vegetarian frozen foods available, at least at the markets I use. How smart they would be if they added even two or three completely organic meals. I'm sure they would sell out. (Of course, Amy's and Whole Foods would probably make them awfully expensive...sigh.)Despite all this, it is a delicious meal.
