Love these seasons! My nephew and his new bride bought me a set of all the spices for Christmas because they know I love to cook and because I have a problem with MSG and the Benson's seasonings are MSG free. I fell in love with them and used this particular one more than the others....I love what it does to the flavor of beef! And it is salt free also! Decided the buy the big bag....the regular bottle lasted me from Christmas till just about a month ago so it goes a long way! Highly recommend this seasoning!

It's okay, but not really a good salt substitute. Tasty Table is so much better, and if the dish is Mediterranean, I just add oregano, basil, whatever, on my own.

I doubt we will buy again, for it is not as tasty as advertised. On a salt free diet leaves me hungry for something else, more spicy.
