Amazing color I recommend
I looooved this color so much, very soft, I used this yarn for my yarn locs (my hair... Braided over my dreads locks then wrapped them) it lasted me 4 months, I was able to style my hair easily, wash very easily & came out easily.

Playdo
I bought this to teach a friend how to crochet. We started with the essential chaining until she was really comfortable and consistent. I don’t know how many times she chained and ripped but she got it finally before she ripped the chains out so she could progress to learning stitches which she had to rip back sometimes for consistency and correction of oopsies. ;)That yarn got a hardy workout what with learning gauge and practing bit of patterns and held up well. The only thing I disliked was the fuzziness. I thought it was smooth yarn which was probably my not reading the description well enough which caused the snippers to come out to cut between the fuzz or the yarn itself. We had fun learning and playing and laughing without worrying about expense! And when I don’t need it for playdo, I think I’ll have enough for the odd granny square or a row within one! ;)

Just what I needed
I needed one more skein of this color of Vanna's Choice in order to finish a large project that I've been working on for years. I'm now within a few days' work of completing it, and needed to be able to work on it during the long holiday weekend. Many sellers had this yarn/color backordered and would not be able to deliver it for a week or more, or only offered multi-packs when I didn't need that much, but this one came the next day and matches perfectly! The yarn was priced a little higher for this single skein than the other sellers, but shipping was free and immediate, so for me it was worth it.In general, I've found Vanna's Choice a good yarn to work with. it is soft and pliable and just stretchy enough to be easy to work with, but the twist is a little loose, so it can split on you if you're not careful. It comes in a good range of colors that work together well. I haven't washed it yet, so I don't know how it holds up over time.

Great yarn
Vanna's Choice yarn is one of my absolute favorites to work with. It's a gorgeous premium acrylic yarn that works well for tons of different projects. I have both knit and crocheted with this yarn and both produce a gorgeous end result. This yarn is fairly soft for the price. It glides very easily on knitting needles and crochet hooks without snagging or coming apart. It's not stiff and scratchy like some other brands I've tried. This particular yarn is worsted weight, which is my favorite. It is a bit thicker than some other worsted weight yarns but I personally like that. It's also really nice that this yarn can be machine washed. That's always convenient. I've used this yarn to make baby hats, adult hats, blankets, mittens, scarves, toys, slippers, and more. It's always worked very well for me. The color choices are fantastic too. So many beautiful colors.I usually pick this yarn up at my local Hobby Lobby but unfortunately they didn't have this color and it was requested by a client of mine so I had to order it here from amazon. My only other option was to drive 40 minutes one way to pick this up at Joann's craft store. This item was an add on item so I had to order $25 worth of product for this to ship free with prime shipping. So I did that. The product shipped right away and was here within 2 days in perfect condition. It was actually cheaper to buy it on here than at the store, which was nice.If your looking for a nice, soft acrylic yarn for your next project, then I would highly recommend trying Vanna's Choice acrylic yarn. You will not be disappointed.I rely on the reviews of others in my decision to purchase items from amazon. I always try to make my reviews engaging and useful to others. Love this yarn
Vanna's Choice and Vanna's Choice Baby from Lion Brand are my favorite yarns to use for all my projects. Period. They are premium acrylic yarns in worsted weight. They are the softest acrylic yarns that I have found anywhere near this price point. Most acrylic yarns I've used are scratchy and have tremendous drag when knitting or crocheting. Not this yarn. It is soft, smooth, and the hooks or needles glide right through it. I can't stand "cardboard" yarn.I had been ordering it from the Lion Brand website because the local craft and fabric stores carry a limited variety and quantity. I had no idea Amazon carried it. Many of the colors are much cheaper on Amazon and have Prime shipping. Some are twice as much or are an add on item. Whether you get it here or elsewhere on line, be warned that the colors don't always match. Sometimes they are darker, like the Colonial Blue, sometimes it's brighter like the very vibrant aqua, and sometimes it's a different tone all together, like the Sapphire Blue which actually has a dark almost real undertone. It's a chance you take when buying from a photo anywhere on the internet. This green is a perfect match in person. While it's easier to buy everything from the website, you can save some serious money buying on Amazon if you take your time to compare prices on the different colors. However, there is a serious trade off. You don't get all the same lot number. That's not a big deal if your using multiple colors interchangeably on a project, but it is if you are making a solid colored item.My experience even with the same lot numbers is that there are some quality control issues. The colors match fine but sometimes one skein is a tad bit shinier than the next, and the texture of the yarn can be different from one skein to the next, or even within the same skein! It's rare but it does happen. They will be the same ply but the yarn itself gets much thinner. Again, it depends on your project if this will be an issue. All I can say is if you are buying it directly from Amazon and not one of the market place sellers and you notice this problem, you can return it. I think the savings is worth it for the projects I make such as multicolored afghans, blankets, slouchy hats, market bags, yarn bags, etc. it is just so soft!

Second purchase - I love these yarns!
Lovely yarn, I used a different colour from this range to knit a hat last year, and it was the perfect amount. I made another one this Christmas for someone else! Great range of colours to choose from, it took me a while to narrow down. I love blended colour yarns, and it’s also good that different colours in the range go well together. Worth considering a combination for a bigger project! The yarn feels nice to work with, not as rough on the fingers as some yarns are (if knitting for a long time). The finished hat was soft and warm!

Joy to work with
I bought a few skeins of this yarn to crochet myself an oversized jumper. It is so easy to work with, I had no issues with the yarn splitting during use as I have with other products boasting the same qualities. The texture is lovely and soft. I wanted to make sure my finished product was warm now the weather is growing colder, as this is quite a chunky yarn, I was not disappointed at all. I would definitely purchase this yarn again in a multitude of colours for a few other projects I have in mind!

A ball full of yarn
I’m new to knitting and this brand was recommended, the yarn is nice and soft making it a pleasure to knit with. It was packaged well and I’ve reordered another to continue knitting my scarf in this lovely yellow.
