Ok so to be honest this is another one of those products that it’s really hard to tell if it is what it says it is.I have no way of confirming the ingredients are accurate but I can say this.. I used to take biotin daily because my nails were always super brittle. I stopped taking it when I got these and haven’t seen any decline in my nails so I think that’s a good sign.I actually got them because I’d seen collagen was good for regeneration of ligaments and tendons and I could really use that right now. Unfortunately I cannot say that it’s working or not because I have no baseline.One thing I would like to note is the appearance and texture were a bit concerning initially. The photo in the listing makes them look like opaque pink gummy bears. But the bears I got are definitely more brownish. They smell and taste fine (maybe a bit less of a gummy bear texture than expected but not out of line with some previous biotin gummies I had so it didn’t bother me). I looked on the bottle for a “use by” or “expiration” date and am not seeing one.So as far as I know they’re not “bad” but maybe a bit “old”? But it could also be the fact that the ones on the listing were slightly retouched to look more appealing. I wouldn’t let this sway my purchase decision but just be aware they may look slightly different.

THE GOOD: I normally don't write reviews but have been taking these for two months and let me tell you!! My nails never grew this fast and thick and same with my hair. I had recently cut the split ends and already back to my original length. Looking forward to taking these next summer.The So-so:Always had issues as a kid taking pills, so these gummies come in handy. The consistency is less gummy like but still soft and more candy like non the less. Taste again its candy like. Color is a bit diff than pics but from contacting them they said its normal and just a bit photo issue on their end.

These aren’t the best tasting gummies but they do have great health benefits. They’re just really bland. Wouldn’t say that I’d recommend them based on the taste. Better off looking for better tasting gummies if that matters. Yes, they have the healthy benefits and that’s about it.

I really do not like the smell, taste, or texture of these gummies but I do notice a difference in my nails. I typically have really thin brittle nails and since taking these gummies my nails grow faster and are thicker then I'm use to. Overall for the nail strength alone, I would recommend these.

Worth the money. Great gummies and very good taste. I can see the difference on my skin in just over two weeks. Highly recommended. I love it

I ordered these to try and lower the number of supplements I need to take; I tend to develop a couple of vitamin deficiencies if not supplemented daily, and have several others that I supplement due to different medications I take and due to symptoms of my autoimmune disease. And, of course, the autoimmune disease is making my hair thin on top, which is where the high biotin supplement comes in. These gummies mix 4 of the supplements into one pair of gummies daily, which helps a lot on the days where I have trouble swallowing pills and have to wash them down with applesauce or yogurt or oatmeal.They don't have an awful smell, though they do smell a bit chemical, and they're really soft and easy to chew. The natural flavorings used are fine, and I like that they use sugar instead of sucralose or the like, but they have a little bit of a chalky texture and an odd, chemical aftertaste. It's not bad enough for me to stop taking them, but they're definitely something that I look forward to about as much as, say, needing to wash 5 loads of bedding and rugs every week due to my partner's allergies--more of a necessary evil than something I'd do by choice.

I was a little iffy on whether or not I wanted to try these at first because I noticed that a couple of the other reviewers mentioned these having an odd taste to them. However, my worries were wrong and I don't really understand what they were referring to because I think these are absolutely delicious. These tastes just like candy, some type of fruity flavored candy. They don't have any weird after taste either. What I like the most about the taste is that they don't have any weird bony, meaty or fishy taste to them either like some gummy collagen supplements sometimes have. These say that they do not contain any sweetener but I do want to mention that this does contain glucose syrup and sucrose. I think what they were trying to say is that this doesn't contain sugar.Either way, I highly recommend these and I'm pleased with them, over all.
