So many keys to store safely this box is great and with the tags you can label each keyWe have heard that there has been so many cars stolen in our area recently it makes sense to make it harder to achieveGreat product

Is a practical way to secure your keys. The way it generates the codes is impressive. But is very easy to be hacked with a simple magnet without leaving any trace.

Avoid this product - the instruction manual is dire; the support from vendor matching it. Bluetooth doesn’t work on the device at all, and there are significant design flaws that undermine any security provided by the digital lock. You can open the “override” manual key way using a paperclip and the actual locking mechanism is held into the door using just a few shallow screws meaning a screwdriver into the side will get this prised off the body of the cabinet in seconds. This box provided no security to the content of it due to these weaknesses.

I am always wary of buying things online as you can not judge the qualitiy form a picture.I am very pleased with this key safe it is fantasic quality.Best thing I have bought.Strong. Room enough inside to put large bunchs of keys in.My only problem with the brand is that they dont make house safes, if they did I would definately buy one.

Worked great for 2 years despite the water intake and rust, both inside and outside…. Made it look dirty on the wall… then it just stopped working!! Beeping continuously- changed batteries, stopped beeping for 2 days then started again!!Very disappointing considering the price!Now on the look for a new one…

Easy to use on the app great value

On receiving the smart box, the first thing I noticed was how heavy the box is over 2lbs. A good reassuring feeling when you expect a lock box that should withstand some abuse and even tampering with. It also comes with a sealing label than indicated it has not been opened since manufacture packing.The Smartbox is well constructed of what looks like diecast metal. However, there is a hole at the back that potentially could allow rainwater to get in. I did not find an included grommet for this and had to use my own.The smart lock box is operated via the "Wehere" app, available on Android and Apple app. store. I note that the reviews on Android are not that favourable, mainly complaining that the connectivity was poor and badly designed software.Well, there is nothing pretty about the software pages. It's all very utilitarian, but functional. Basically, it allows you to operate the Smartbox via BlueTooth (no internet access required). The thing I really liked about this is that I can send one-time passcodes to one or multiple people and they can access the keys in the box.This is super ideal for Guest houses, Air B&B etc, as you can instruct the visitor to access the box once to get the keys, then ask them to place them back in the box on leaving the premises. The box cannot be opened with their password again, thus offering better security.Things I did not like:1- The lack of a weather grommet at the back to stop water from getting in.2- The battery compartment is accessible from the front of the unit (can be tampered with.)3- The app is a bit clumbsy and seems to be an afterthought.4- No AA batteries included.Good points:1- Heavyweight cast design body2- good tactile keyboard and easy to use in bright sunlight.3- Good selection of one-time users and also repeated user codes4- manual access via my own security key.5- Can be permanently fixed or used as lockable hasp.6- Bluetooth is only required to open and control the box.Pricewise, it sits somewhere in the middle to a high level of competition. I think the biggest downside is the app features and this is so often the weak part of these devices, plus you never know what the app is like until you buy and connect the device. However, the main features do appear to work well, but there is nothing outstanding about the app design and interface.
