have been suffering with plantar fasciitis, bone spurs, tendonitis tibialis, and possibly a stress fracture, for a year and a half. have been the route through treatment. i have significant improvement since i started acupuncture and murderous physical therapy. i also have been wearing these every day for months, and i know they help. if i forget to put one on, i know it immediately. they make a real difference in my work - i stand/walk 14 hrs a day, also in my workout, using cardio machines, biking, etc. they make every pair of shoes i wear feel better. they stabilize my whole foot, especially my slightly fallen arches. i have also been wearing aetrex orthotics, the combination really has made a huge difference. i wash them regularly, but don't dry them. wish they came in funky colors or prints, but i will continue to use these forever. i am not sure if the copper makes any kind of impact but just having the support makes all the difference to me.

I dont write many reviews. However this product deserves 5 stars hands down! I am 60 years old and Ive been suffering from plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis for 4 months now and its been getting increasingly worse. Pain disappeared the very 1st day I wore them! Been wearing only 3 days so dont know if they will continue to help but they certainly are worth a try!!

I’m a big dude, (300lbs+) and I have low arches. It’s the perfect combination for foot/ankle pain at the end of the day. I ordered these after seeing the ads online and I’ve worn them twice. (Just washed them). Life changing? No. Life improving? Marginally better. The support is subtle, the bands provide a very light squeeze around my size 13 feet. I found them comfortable to wear all day, and the normal aches and pains at the end of the day seemed to be reduced. Compression bands aren't going to fix me, but for the money, give’em a try. Every little bit helps!

I have flat feet and I love food so obviously, I have plantar fasciitis.I play golf every weekend at a course that doesn't allow riding. I track the walk and according to my phone, it's a 10 mile walk and 60 flights high. Needless to say, after one round, my feet are destroyed for then rest of the week.I've taken steroids, I've gotten the shots, I've taped my arches- nothing helped. I put this on and within seconds, I knew I'd found my cure. I literally have owned this product for 30 minutes and I've never written a review but the world needs to know about this.I'll update if this turns out to be not as effective as it feels right now but I can't imagine that happening- these feel very high quality.

I wore these around the house as an alternative to shoes in the house and found that they have enough pressure to remain relatively pain-free. I wear them with my running shoes and while bowling and likewise found relief from my plantar fasciitis; however, when I tried them in my work/dress shoes they do not stay in place and caused more pain than if I had not worn them at all. The company offers a lifetime warranty service and the packaging material states to go to their website to register your product but the site is not functional. For only $10.00 it is worth the money I spent but they are not a cure-all and I will be searching for another product to use while at work. Wondering how the product achieved a five-star rating when even the incorrect reviews of the other products are not good...

I started having pain in the arch of my foot. My chiropractor said I needed shoes with good arch support. I found these and they have really made a difference with the pain. You can wear them in any shoes, I even wear them with sandals and I don't feel they are that noticeable. My husband saw them and asked to try them. He had a motorcycle accident at 16 (now pushing 60) and has a mangled foot that has given him trouble all his life. He tried them and says they have helped him too. Needless to say, he kept my first pair, so I ordered 2 more pairs. If you are having pain, definitely try these. I love 'em!

I recently started having severe arch and heel pain in my feet. The doctor diagnosed it as plantar fasciitis and suggested I continue wearing ankle braces I was using for support and gave me other suggestions to improve the condition without referring me to a foot specialist (ice, Ibuprofen, stretches, etc.) The ankle brace was very bulky, hot and uncomfortable, so I decided to look for a better solution, and I found these. They are much more comfortable, fit easily in my shoes, and are unnoticeable to anyone else, unlike the ankle braces. With the other suggestions from my doctor and these supports, the constant pain has gone away. I wear them now when I know I will be on my feet or walking for long periods of time, but they have improved my condition to the point I don't need to wear them every day. I would definitely recommend these to anyone with plantar fasciitis or similar conditions.
