Good quality for price. I expected something cheap for what I paid for this , but the packaging was first class and the item has exceptional sound, and worked with my HP home software. Wireless was picked up immediately and works with my Dragon Naturally Speaking home software. It also can hook up to my phone, but I have not tried that as I"m not on my phone all the time. As you can tell I"m a happy customer.

I like the case the headset came in. Except for that I’m not satisfied with the performance of the Croania Bluetooth headset. I’m a sales person and I depend on clear communication. The Croania continually drops the call from the headset to the phone. This occurs on almost every call. Additionally, when the battery low announcement comes on I only have minutes before the headset goes dead. I bought this headset based on price and positive reviews however my experience has been less than positive. I’m now tasked with researching a better product that will work on a consistent basis!

This Bluetooth headset is beautifully compact packaged, which has a charging line and three different size earplugs, can carry it easily.I just used 1 second to contact with my phone and the sound is really clear, no any noise.I can’t stop to use it! It made my life easier! I can listen some music during doing housework, also I can talk to my friends during walking without holding my phone.High quality! Very useful! Highly recommend!

I was really disappointed in this headset. I had no problem setting it up and the sound quality of the earpiece is fine, but everyone I talk to complains that I sound static-y and hard to hear. Also, people in the reviews stated that they can get well over 30 feet away from whatever they were connected to, but the headset drops if I walk even 4 feet away from my phone or laptop. So, if you don't need to talk to anyone and want to be tethered to your desk, this is fine. For me, it's going back!

Very good sound quality. Connects to iphone easily. I would rather have an on off switch but getting use to multifunction button. Plantronics also spoiled me with name announcing of my contacts which this bluetooth does not do. Charge last all day which is better then my Plantronics legend. Based on price and sound I would definitely purchase again.

Works pretty well. My husband has had pricier Bluetooth sets, but with his crazy work schedule, they tend to get misplaced or end up in the washer. I bought one of these for myself to use in my car, and since he needed one I gave him mine. He really liked it and so I bought another one for him and another one for myself. They work just fine and if we happen to lose one, at least this doesn’t hurt our wallets too much.

This wireless earpiece is very nice, it is great in quality and it fits around my ears perfectly. I used to have trouble with other ear pieces falling off my ears but I am thankful that this one stays on my ears, and the sound quality is great. I also like that the battery life lasts a long time and I can wear it all day and it still has​ a charge. It is very comfortable and it is easy to use and set up with any Bluetooth enabled device.

I really liked it, great sound, lightweight, lasted for about 8 hours of continuous use at work. So, I was very disappointed when a plastic piece chipped off exposing all the wires and the mouthpiece was just hanging. But, I contacted the seller via Amazon, and they replaced the broken unit without any questions asked. Great customer service! Thank you very much.
