Disappointing - Not Returnable
The wand is one sided, so not great quality. The wand was the main reason that I bought the product. They sell nearly identical empty vials at the dollar store. This is just ultrafine glitter with a cheap wand, not worth the price. I would have returned it if I'd been able to.
