This is the perfect way to add fiber! The goal is to also lower cholesterol. You must drink a good bit of liquids with this. You must also be good at swallowing pills. The pill is an average size, not too large.

I take 3 pills in the morning and 3 in the evening and i can say that this has helped my stomach a lot!
