Materials are good and nice to touch. However the handles seem to come off pretty easily. The first one I received, one of the handles came off after the first use, I got a replacement and after a day of use both handles are wiggling.I guess the way it is designed you can just pop them back in and still use them but they do throw you off sometimes when they spin under your hand as you squeeze.Giving four stars because of the price, otherwise I would give three.Also props for the materials, it’s always nicer to handle metal than cheap plastic. Also comes with padding if needed and also a storing/carrying bag.

These work great for the price. Comfortable and plenty of resistance to progress. The foam covers work well. I found if you just spray a small amount of hairspray in them. They slide on then stick well after it dries.

I wanted a grip workout and this was it. My only regret is that I got the 100lb and should’ve gone higher. I love the way my blood pumps after using it

I really like how sturdy these hand exercisers are! I have seen, from product reviews of other brands, that they were breakable and not that durable. You won't have that issue with these! Although it is a chore putting on the padding sleeves for the hand grips! They are textured metal but they come with foam padding sleeves if you choose to use them. I unfortunately was sent two 200 lb grips and it was missing the 350 lb grip but I have sent the seller a message trying to rectify this issue!

Unfortunately the bond between one of the handles and the spring broke after only a couple uses. The handle would not stay attached. I reached out to the company email that came in a card in the box several times and never received a response.The materials are high quality, the optional foam you can add is pretty comfortable, but you may deal with handles coming unglued from the spring. I ended up returning this set.
