I’ve already had the Fit Me Powder from Maybelline bought in Boots and thought I’d try Amazon. The advert looked like the same product so I ordered it. However, when it arrived the compact was different and the colour slightly lighter. I opened it but the powder was completely different even though the colour code was the same. It was much lighter and the coverage wasn’t as good. Even though I’ve opened it I’ve sent it back as it’s not what I thought I was ordering. When I looked at the compact in more detail it didn’t have matte and poreless on it so whether this is a different product type or an old version I’m not sure but the advertising was a bit deceptive in my opinion. I also had to pay for it to be returned. Just be careful when ordering that you’re ordering what you think you’re ordering.

This is definitely not translucent, it is white 😂 and you do have to put on a fair bit for it to keep you matt for long. I brush of the excess so I'm not as white and add a bronzer. As a product, it's ok, wouldn't say it's great but also wouldn't say it's terrible. Personally I want something that's going to keep my skin matt for 12+ hours under a face mask, and this doesn't, it's lasting maybe 6hours. It does set your foundation for a good few hours but I've found that depends on the foundation, if your foundation is oily or doesn't set fantastically well, this powder does not do a thing.

I've been using this solid power by Maybelline for years now and the present one was almost finished and I thought I ought to buy another one as well as for hygienic reasons. Could I find it? No. I hunted high and low in all the cosmetic as well as supermarket shops - Max Factor, Rimmel, L'Oreal as well as Maybelline of course and no luck, another popular product done with like happens so often, so have been trying to find one which might match. Again, no luck. Decided to try on Amazon as a last resort. There it was, Maybelline, the same colour I've used for years, a good price and with Prime delivery by the evening. It arrived pm and I'm delighted. Never give up hope, always try Amazon. I normally do, but just thought if nowhere else had it Amazon wouldn't either. The product was out of supply. Wrong. Well done Amazon.

Ho usato questo prodotto durante un corso di aggiornamento sul make-up (sono una make-up artist) e l'ho trovato divino!La texture è morbida e vellutata, la polvere molto fine che non rende il viso una maschera e invecchia.Premetto che la uso soltanto nella zona occhiaie per fissare il correttore e magicamente non si deposita nelle rughette, anzi rende il tutto uniforme e resta al suo posto per ore ed ore; per fissare il resto del viso utilizzo una polvere libera perché è ancor meno consistente.Il colore che ho scelto è il NATURAL, non deve alterare le tonalità della zone su cui viene applicato ma coincidere perfettamente con l'incarnato.Il prezzo è assurdo: 3,90€ per un prodotto semi professionale dalle alte prestazioni, davvero un affare qui su Amazon!!
