These 'Joint Complex Gummy' are designed to allow just that as each one if a soft tablet.The recipe is designed for adults and joints so has a slightly different set up of ingredients. I am not sure how they are helping any different, but I do take supplements in the morning, and they seem to do the job just as well. What is noticeable is that although you get 60 tablets, it is only a 30 days' supply should you follow the guidelines. This means that they suddenly become rather expensive.If you have issues swallowing tablets then there is a very justifiable reason to use these gummies over traditional tablets, but otherwise you will need to consider how much you really want the gummy element as you will pay the price. You can just get tablets for about quarter the cost.
