The birds love it! I love that this comes in a carton that i can recycle. The only reason i'm not giving this a 5 star is because of the pricing, probably is the most i have ever spent on bird seed (wish they would consider dropping the price a bit like $40-$50 range).

The birds loved it. They could not get enough. Our small farm is certified organic. It means a lot to have our feathered friends eat healthy also.

This bird seed is in line with many other brands price wise, but it's organic!And packaged in cardboard with a built in spout. No plastic!There is one seed my birds don't like in this particular mix so I am going to try the others as well. Different parts of the country have birds that like different feed, so I can not make that a negative.My new go to for the birds.

After learning that some really harmful pesticides were making their way into conventional bird seed, we started hunting for organic brands...almost impossible to find! This year, we came across Flying Colors and couldn't have been happier with them. The milk-carton inspired packing is also 1000x better than receiving seed in a plastic bag that is hard to pour and not recyclable.Perhaps most importantly, we began to see the most variety of birds at our feeder than ever before. It took about a week for them to acquire a taste for the Safflower (we've never used this seed) but once they did the feeder has been empty every day.

Great seed. I can tell it is fresh and quality. Props to the package designer! So pretty, I don’t want to recycle it. I might just cut out the birds and use them for my pottery designs. Thanks you!

This is exactly as advertised. A big ol box of safflower seed. It seems to be cut well and I didn't notice any issues in my box. As usual the cardinals, finches, etc. out here love it and it helps keep the starlings and grackles away since they can't crack the seed hulls. The squirrels near me seem to enjoy any kind of seed so I'm not sure how true the squirrel-proof claim is.The only reason I deducted a star is the packaging. It's really novel and I like that it closes back up, but I use a scoop for my seed and I can barely fit it in there, let alone pull it out without spilling anything. I guess I could pick it up and pour the seed like milk but this is a little too heavy for that.

This bird food is incredibly high-quality! The packaging is absolutely stunning and makes you want to display the box!The feed itself is very consistent throughout the mix.Four out of five stars due to the fact that none of our smaller birds seemed to enjoy it. Our good finches came back to the window feeders as soon as we swapped back to our other food. But our larger backyard birds like this mix, so we purchased a larger feeder to continue feeding this in.
