Ok I’m 5’2 200 pds. Bought 3X they fit but tight. If you remember how we use to have to put pantyhose on well that’s how these are. Peel on peel off. But I do sweat in them. They work I just wished they weren’t so tight. Or if they made more plus size options. Hope this helps!

I love the extra sweat I get when working out when I wear this. Has held up great to wear and tear until recently. Washes easy.

I really want to like these and give them a fair chance. However, when I took them out of the plastic they were wrapped in, I was hit by a smell that I wouldn't even say was "fishy", as in some reviews.Hear me out...I take my 15 pound puppy to the vet once a week to have the most humiliating thing done to him. I hate it, he hates it, AND THE SHORTS SMELL EXACTLY LIKE IT. He and I made eye contact because he'd just gone the day before so we both knew it wasn't him. He took off anyway and hid all day.I have washed them inside out, outside out, soaked them in vinegar & baking soda a couple of times. I've soaked them in a pet odor eliminator I buy from Amazon, which I 100% swear by. I've air-dried them after every wash. I've tried straight laundry soap, Orange cleaner that my hub uses on his hands, Dawn dishsoap in another round of vinegar & baking soda. I hung them outside for a day & night. I've just straight-up washed them like I do my regular laundry. Still nothing. They've made my laundry room smell and it hasn't dissipated at all. My dog won't go near the room, which is where is food was.By the time I even get to put them on (IF I get to), they'll be washed thin and ineffective.But, I don't want to sweat in them. I don't want them touching any of my other clothes. I've even cleaned the washer between cycles just to be sure.I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO!I can't return them because they've been washed (not worn) so many times I've lost count. I want to try them. But I don't want to be alienated or side-eyed by anyone. Lets face it, if my dog won't stay, I'm not thinking I'll be very popular in the sweat department.Help, or I'm out good money that I could have spent elsewhere on my Amazon addiction.

I first ordered my normal size M, and I could hardly pull them on and the crotch hung to low. The only sizing chart is for your waist, my hips are the largest point so I then ordered the Large and that seems to be good. Like the pocket but it is small. They do make a wishing sound from the crotch.

OK so I was thinking they were a gimmick but that was not the case. I have been on a weight loss kick for a year now. 60lbs down And only recently started the exercising at the gym. I had some PT to get me readied so I could be strong enough to start the gym. So i bought the pants and the shorts a nd a simaliar top. When I wear them I am cover in sweat after. Like slimmy I know its gross but good at same time. My skin seems to be softer too. So for sizing I am 5'6" 170lbs I ordered a Large. Also if you are putting them on after a shower or if your skin is damp, It can be a bit tricky to get them on. I left my socks on and that helped.

This product really does the job, gets you sweating. Really read the size chart! I even went up one size so I didn't have to struggle getting it on. As a women, I would even use this as an under garment for tummy control. It's cheaper than Spanx, it doesn't roll on the edges and it has a high waist. The pockets are great too if you didn't want to carry a purse, just a thought! Would buy again
