All of the ones I received matched the outfits shown

No. They turn side to side. There is a slight amount of nodding you can do but you can’t really tilt the head.

Q: What´s the correct size the doll´s? 11 or 4,99 inch? Thank's!

They are around 11” tall. Definitely not 4.99”
