Beautiful, clean looking, Sturdy, & easy to put in the ground. I've had these for months and I love the way it finishes my garden!

This is hands down the best edging I’ve seen or used. It’s tall and strong enough to support copious mulch or a much taller garden base, the serration goes easily into the soil, the stakes are sharp and look great. They are bendable somewhat but I wouldnt call it easy as listed, it’s a two person job and there is only so much you can comfortably bend as it’s quite thick. You will not be able to get a 45 degree angle and if you plan to cut them, good luck, I’m not sure what kind of saw could cut through metal this thick. Unlike other users I had zero issues with chipping or scratching, they came packed in a (heavy!) flat box and each pierce individually wrapped. I expect these to hold up for many years. I highly recommend but think about how you want to use them and overlap when needed in lieu of cutting. Would be nice if the vendor put out a few shorter pieces, a 90 degree bend and a 90 degree Rounded bend. Cannot get anything this high or quality at Lowe’s or Home Depot unless you want to edge with bricks.

Heavy duty metal construction, also stakes were heavy duty. Only negative is the powder coating paint is very thin and during shipment or install there were some places it chipped off (top corners of some stakes and top edges in a few places. Used wood 2x4 sections and covered top with a folded beach towel to minimize dents or paint impact when hammering in. Definitively not significant enough to reduce from 5 stars. The pieces will bend but it takes some strength as they are not just thin sheet metal. Can be cut with a reciprocating saw if necessary. I gambled b/c of no reviews and I am glad I bought this product.

I recently bought a home that has a large tree too close to the driveway. It's roots are quite high which makes it difficult to keep mulch in place. I purchased this product to go between the tree and the driveway. The product is substantial and worked well for our purpose as you can see from my picture.

I needed to create raised flower beds right up against a walkway and this did the trick. Is the material rigid - yes but if you are patient with it and bend it down towards itself it was a breeze to make shapes along the path. I even made a square end at one end.

The finish is very thin and flakes off during installation.

I purchased the 8 inch high version and it was enough to keep mulch and/or stone in their place after pounding in 4 inches of the edging into the ground. Like other reviewers have indicated, this edging is made of heavy thick metal and painted black. You can still bend it for curves but may be difficult if you want to do something more with it. The edge toward the ground is shaped like a giant saw so it will go in the ground quite easy when you pound it in....unless you have large tree roots or rocks. Using a rubber mallet is probably your best choice since it will not damage the paint on the edging. I have not seen this type of quality metal edging at retail stores.
