I love this bouncer I have MS and terrible balance the bar helps me to stay balanced and get some sort of exercise with low impact it was actually recommended to me by someone else who has MS as well! Although I can’t do more than 1 -2 minutes just yet my friend is up to 45 mins a day so I have high hopes! A little bit each day for me is better than nothing. My husband loves it as well! It’s a nice piece and fun to add to your exercise routine! I highly highly recommend everyone trying this bouncer! Especially if you need an idea for a super low impact exercise to add to your routine! I can’t do things I used to do anymore but this bouncer has given me so much hope! Whether you have MS or not exercise is so important so make sure you get it however you can get it. This is great for everyone with or without a disibility as well as for anyone from toddler age up to a senior I would think. Cuz if I can do even just a little anyone can! There are endless ways you can use this bouncer from not advanced to extremely advanced! In my hey day I’d spend endless hours working out that gave me less then half of the results this bouncer gives wish I knew the benefits of bouncing when I was younger could of saved myself so much time and energy and I would of skipped all those 4am runs to the gym! Also I’d like to add and say thank you to the seller for a great product and for your excellent customer support! I highly recommend this Trampoline 50 inch. I am six feet tall and it has plenty of room for my legs to do proper exercises. It is well built and surprisingly easy to fold and travel with. The springs are sturdy and squeak only a little, the the mat has a nice RED ring so you can see the edge while working out. I have used other trampolines and most are too small and I don’t feel steady, however this one feels like a professional trampoline . Only after 10 min doing HIT or Cardio you have just completed an overall body workout and cleanse of the lymph. BEST EXERCISE equipment !!!!! Highly recommend for all ages and abilities. I also highly recommend reading the book PH MIRACLE by Dr Robert Young ( who also advocates rebounding) but it is the most informative way back to HEALTH!

I bought one of these from Amazon Warehouse in like-new condition. I LOVE this rebounder. It's extremely sturdy and quite large. It has 8 screw-on legs, not 6 like some if the other rebounders, contributing to its sturdiness. I have no fear of this thing breaking or collapsing on me, and I'm nearly 300 lbs. The only drawback I can see is this rebounder is not really foldable/easily stored. If you have the handrails on it, forget about it. If not, you still might have to unscrew all 8 legs each time you want to score it. If you leave the legs on it, you will need a space approximately 20" in width. Not exactly easily stored. I might consider buying an outdoor zippered weatherproof cover and storing it outside on my balcony since I'm in a 1 bedroom apartment.

The instructions were very easy to follow and it has served my household well since December.

It was too large for my house. You don't need one this big but it works perfectly well. Just wish I had not gone for the biggest one out there.

I purchased this trampoline in May and the springs started to brake slowly one by one, after 4 months of use, (we used it every day, multiple times a day) we’ve contacted the seller and they were very sorry and understanding of our situation and provided us with a new one. It is very sturdy and well made and we are thankful for a wonderful customer service. Definitely recommend!

I wanted to love this so bad but unfortunately only two months into my son using it and it’s already broken. It was very easy to assemble but I wish it was better quality. My son weighs 75 lbs and he uses this as an activity to get out all his energy. He has autism and this trampoline was perfect for him or so we thought. We tried to get the item replaced with a new one because we thought maybe we got a bad one but unfortunately they wouldn’t let us replace the item. They want us to ship the item back then wait 14 days for a full refund and purchase the item again. To make it worse the item is a lot higher in price then what we purchased it for. I think it would be a good trampoline but definitely not for everyday use.

I had an older rebounder with a jumping surface of 25” and I wanted larger. After researching extensively on Amazon I found most were not much bigger than I already had, but this FirstE was one of the largest I could find, with an actual jumping surface of 36”. There are some well-known brands out there charging over five hundred dollars and I saw no reason to spend that, when this unit came in at about a hundred. And I am very, very pleased with it. Assembly was straight forward, the unit is very sturdy for my 200lbs, and the larger surface makes a world of difference for balance and for allowing a greater variety of fitness movements. Rebounding has many important health benefits right down to the cellular level and this unit does an excellent job at providing a wide stable platform for it.

Sturdy and makes a great exercise. Big enough for one adult person. Easy to assemble too.

Good to exercises my body.

I was a bit worried when I read some of the more negative reviews, but I have not experienced any issues. The box arrived intact and it was quick and easy to put together. Instructions were clear. I will be careful if I ever fold it as it seems that would be an easy way to lose a finger. Overall, I'm really pleased.

I should have checked the dimensions because it’s higher than I realized. Decent quality and quite easy to assemble apart from the handle which we haven’t attached yet. This is a great form of exercise and me and my daughter are enjoying doing something different and fun.
