Good in this price. Too soft, was expecting little supportive but not painful for neck.

Been suffering from chronic neck pain disease for last 4 years tried so many foam pillows but all went to a gigantic disaster which makes me more ailment for my neck , unfortunetly i have found this neck supporting pillow which is more supportive for my neck and head to rest i tried the pillow almost 3 months as a part of this am really ecstatic with this incredbile product for review indeed . i have stopped using pain killer tabs after awaking from the bed . stoped physiotherapy sections also . this pilow provides me a better posture positioning and best resting position for my neck and head while sleeping. if you are suffering from neck pain after a discomfort sleep i will defenitey suggest this pillow as a better option for an incredible sleep .

Not gud

The product came in with one pillow perfectly fine, and the other utterly flattened and looking deflated. Looks like it went through hell on the way. It's very disappointing. I have asked for a replacement. I will update once the replacement happens.Update: Apparently, the pillow looks deflated but in reality all I needed to do was take it out of the wrapping. I ordered a replacement and only then did I realise this fact. This should be mentioned in the description that you have to take out the pillow because it may look deflated but it will increase in size once it is released from the confines.Update: The pillows are pretty good.

The product is delivered on time. It has been only one day after the delivery but the product is quite effective.

I have bought 3 Proliva pillows in the past. First time it was for me and up on finding it firm and really support my neck while side sleeping, I ordered for mom and dad and everyone got firm (not at all uncomfortable firm, but keeping that cerivical promised shape while sleeping on it) and very useful pillows. After two years, now i needed one more and I ordered after searching my order history exactly for Proliva cervical pillow. This time what came was a soft, good for nothing piece of crap. it is so soft as when you lie down it becomes flat as any other pillow and your neck sags. Pathetic. it used to come vaccum compressed in a proper red color bag with lockable strings (looked like you a branded product) and all, this one came in a random clear bag, just folded. I am writing this review with two pillows in front of me one from past and one recent right now, and I assure you the recent one is a ghost of what it used to be. I wish the seller sees this review and do something about it. I would be happy to buy it again if they give the old version back. And for all the people who says it is very soft and giving 5 stars, please, it is not the intended quality of a cervical support pillow! please don't gove them the feedback that ot should be soft!

While the size is given one does not exactly refer to measurements. The idea of what a pillow size shud be stands defeated with this product. It’s far too small. The pillow is too soft and does not hold the head up (for side sleepers) which is the purpose what it’s bought. Great quality and look and feel though. Perhaps best for ages of kids till 12 or 15. Def not adult product.

Using since month, it's good.
